The Fink Family has found a new favorite dessert and I believe I would be doing you all a disservice if I didn’t share it here on the blog. And not only is it super delicious, but it’s super easy.
All you need is:
Simply remove the pit of the date, spread a bit of nut butter on the inside (about ½ a teaspoon), top with cocoa nibs and let set in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before eating. You can also leave them in the freezer to eat over the course of a few days, but we highly doubt they’ll last that long without being eaten.
