Hey there! I hope you’re having a good week. For today’s post I’m going to help take your next movie or game night to the next level with a DIY Hot Chocolate Bar. Let you and your family choose from a fun selection of toppings to each make your own unique hot chocolates.
First up, the shopping list. You’ll need the hot chocolate, milk, and a variety of toppings. I grabbed whipped cream, mini marshmallows, crushed candy canes, sprinkles and crushed bits of toffee.
Next, you’ll need to gather mugs, spoons and get to hot cocoa making. Once the hot chocolate is ready, it’s really up to each person on how they decide to tackle the Hot Cocoa Bar.
I put out a little dish for each topping to make things easier and I would HIGHLY recommend spoons (unless covering your table in sprinkles was on the to-do list for the day). Then it’s time to get pouring and topping! In the next blog post I’ll share a few of the different creative ways to top your hot chocolate.
