One of my favorite flavor combinations is chocolate and raspberry. At Fantasy Candies we carry these raspberry chocolate creams that are absolutely amazing as well as raspberry truffles that are not only delicious but really pretty too! That is why I knew coming up with a raspberry Courtney’s Cocoa would be a knock out of the park. Not only is it phenomenal, but it’s super easy.
I made the original Chocolate Bliss flavor and added a drop of raspberry flavoring. I found the raspberry easily at my grocery store and I’m sure most grocery stores carry it. The amount you add is totally up to you and your flavor preference. I added about half a teaspoon and I thought that was perfect for a nice size mug of hot chocolate.
The best part about Courtney’s Cocoa is how versatile it is. I love being able to do simple things like adding a flavor and changing the entire profile of the drinking chocolate. Attaching a small bottle of raspberry flavoring to a bag would also make a great gift for the chocolate and raspberry lover in your life.
